Wizcart Technologies Inc. ("Wizcart") is committed to ensuring that the Wizcart Platform is accessible to all individuals, including persons with disabilities. We strive to meet or exceed the accessibility standards required by applicable law, including:

  • Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA) and the Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation (Ontario);
  • Canadian Human Rights Act and applicable provincial human rights legislation;
  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) (where applicable to U.S. users); and
  • Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

What We Do

  • Design and develop our websites and mobile applications with accessibility in mind.
  • Test our Platform with assistive technologies (e.g., screen readers, keyboard navigation).
  • Provide text alternatives for non-text content.
  • Ensure sufficient colour contrast and readable font sizes.
  • Support keyboard-only navigation.
  • Continuously work to identify and remove accessibility barriers.

Accommodation

If you require an accommodation to access or use the Platform, or if you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact us. We will work with you to provide information or Services through an alternative means where reasonably possible.

  • citizenship or immigration status; or
  • any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, provincial, territorial, or state human rights legislation.

For Service Partners

Service Partners are independent businesses and must comply with all applicable human rights and anti-discrimination laws in the jurisdictions where they operate. Service Partners may not refuse to provide Services based on any protected characteristic.
