This Revenue Share Policy describes how revenue from Services booked through the Wizcart Platform is shared between Service Partners and Wizcart Technologies Inc. ("Wizcart"). This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Wizcart Service Partner Terms of Use.
Wizcart operates as a software facilitator and payment processing intermediary. The revenue share described below reflects an arm's-length commercial arrangement between Wizcart (as a technology and marketplace service provider) and Service Partners (as independent businesses).
When a Service is completed and paid for through the Platform, revenue is shared as follows:
A minimum platform commission of $3.00 CAD applies per transaction. If 12% of the service price is less than $3.00, Wizcart will retain $3.00 and the Service Partner will receive the remainder.
Breakpoint: The minimum commission applies to all services priced below $25.00 CAD. At $25.00 and above, the standard 12% commission applies.

For clarity: Service Partners set their own pricing, and Service Partners may adjust their pricing at any time to achieve their desired net earnings.
Wizcart charges Users (customers) an order processing fee of 5% on the total order cost. This fee is charged directly to the User and is not deducted from the Service Partner's earnings. The order processing fee covers platform technology, payment processing facilitation, customer support infrastructure, and marketplace administration.
The order processing fee is subject to applicable taxes (e.g., GST/HST).
Payouts to Service Partners' verified bank accounts are processed by Stripe. Stripe charges a standard payout fee (currently $0.25 CAD per payout), which is deducted from the payout amount. This is a third-party fee charged by Stripe — Wizcart does not receive any portion of this fee.
When a User cancels a booking and a cancellation fee is collected (see Cancellation & Refund Policy, Tiers 2–5), the cancellation fee revenue is shared between the Service Partner and Wizcart using the same revenue share arrangement:

The revenue share described in this Policy represents the gross amounts before applicable taxes. Service Partners are solely responsible for their own tax obligations (see Service Partner Terms of Use, Section 6, Tax Compliance).

Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated revenue share terms. If you do not agree, you may deactivate your account at any time.
